SYSTEM: Unplanned Internet Outage

July 31, 2015

Mt. San Jacinto College is currently experiencing an internet outage. Services currently impacted due to the internet outage include, but are not limited too, Institutional Website (https://www.msjc.edu), Blackboard (https://my.msjc.edu), and EagleAdvisor (https://ea.msjc.edu), Faculty and Staff E-mail, Remote Desktop Services, and other district services that depend on internet connectivity. The outage began at approximately 5:06am on July 31, 2015. Information Technology staff are currently working with our internet provider to determine the cause of the internet outage.

SYSTEM: EagleAdvisor Maintenance

EagleAdvisor services will be unavailable Sunday 8/2/2015 at 6:00 am through 9:00 am for scheduled system maintenance. During this timeframe all EagleAdvisor services for Faculty and Students will be unavailable.
