SYSTEM: eLumen Scheduled Upgrade and Migration

June 19, 2014

MSJC will be performing an upgrade and migration of eLumen beginning the afternoon of June 19th. eLumen will be unavailable during this time. eLumen is expected to be available on 08/01/14. Existing data in eLumen will remain intact.

SYSTEM: Blackboard Unscheduled Outage

As of Sunday August 17, 2014 7:41 pm MSJC online services for Blackboard (my.msjc.edu) are currently unavailable. MSJC technicians are aware of the issue and are working to restore services as soon as possible.

Update: Blackboard services were fully restored as of 9:00 pm on 8/17/14.
