SYSTEM: Unplanned Network Outage

Update: As of 1:45pm on Monday 11/13/2017 all MSJC network services have been fully restored.

Mt. San Jacinto College is experiencing a network outage that began at 8:48am on Monday, 11/13/2017. MSJC’s Information Technology staff are aware of the issue and technicians are working to restore network services. As a result, services impacted due to the network outage include, but are not limited too, Institutional Website (, Canvas, EagleAdvisor (, MyMSJC Account Management (, Faculty/Staff email.  Additionally MSJC’s instructional network, including Remote Desktop Services, instructional labs, and classrooms are experiencing intermittent loss of service.

MSJC technical staff are monitoring this issue and will make notifications as more information is known.

SYSTEM: Planned Network Outage – 11/4/17

MSJC has planned network maintenance at the San Jacinto Campus on Saturday 11/4/17 between 3:00am and 7:00am.  During the planned outage window, users will experience a service interruption to the following primary services:  Institutional Website (, EagleAdvisor (, Canvas (, MSJC Account Management (, Instructional web server services, Instructional Remote Desktop Services RDS (, and Faculty/Staff E-mail. Other web services could be unavailable during this time for intermittent intervals due to network maintenance. Please schedule your access around this maintenance window.
