SYSTEM: Colleague and EagleAdvisor Maintenance

Colleague and EagleAdvisor services will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance beginning on Thursday, Oct 27th, at 11:40pm and lasting until Saturday, Oct 29th, at 6:00pm.

The MSJC Information Technology department will be conducting a mandatory system upgrade of Colleague and EagleAdvisor. During this planned outage all Colleague and EagleAdvisor services will be unavailable.  This outage does not impact Blackboard course shells, therefore students and faculty will be able to participate in online learning via Blackboard.

How will this impact you?

Students – Student EagleAdvisor will be unavailable to access registration adds/drops, payment of fees, request transcripts, account password change or reset, etc.

Faculty – Faculty EagleAdvisor will be unavailable to access class rosters, census rosters, faculty drops, grading, account password change or reset, etc.

Staff/Administrators – Colleague will be unavailable, this includes during district business hours on Friday, Oct 28th, from 8:00am – 12:00pm.

During the outage you will still be able to access unaffected services:

This outage is necessary to upgrade the infrastructure and software used to support the Colleague and EagleAdvisor systems.
